Shrimp Bisque

A smooth cream style soup, laced with brandy and cream, garnished with jumbo shrimp

 Classic French Onion

Caramelized onions, sherry and rich beef and chicken stocks simmered together to produce a satisfying combination. Served with an au-gratin bread round of swiss and parmesan cheeses

Caesar Salad

Traditional ingredients make this salad a favorite. Crisp romaine lettuce, fresh lemon, anchovies and garlic combine to make this an enticing combination. Garnished with garlic flavored croutons

Maryland Cobb

A Brown Derby creation, crisp lettuces topped with a myriad of fresh ingredients. Artichokes, chicken, bacon, avocados, Roquefort cheese and served with mustard infused vinaigrette

Maryland Style Crab Cakes

We take the traditional crab cake and deconstruct it, lump Maryland crabmeat lightly seasoned and baked in a ramekin. Served with lettuce, tomato, lemon and homemade tartar sauce

Broiled Maryland Rockfish Filet

Fresh petite rockfish fillet broiled to perfection and served with a fresh lemon parsley sauce

Grilled Reuben

Corn beef, sauerkraut, homemade thousand Island dressing and swiss cheese are combined and grilled on rye bread for a taste combination not to be forgotten

Entrees served with a choice of Vegetable du jour or French Fries
