Welcome to the English & World Languages Division at Howard Community College! Our mission is to provide relevant instructional experiences to a diverse student population so that students may achieve educational and personal goals related to the academic literacy skills of reading, writing, critical thinking, cultural awareness, and proficiency in world languages.
