Break the Silence 12:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. back half of the Galleria Two speakers from the Friends of the Congo will discuss the humanitarian crisis in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.  The FOTC was established at the behest of Congolese human rights and grassroots institutions in 2004, to work together to bring about peaceful and lasting change in the Democratic Republic of Congo, formerly Zaire.
