An employee of the federal government for more than 35 years, Kevin Doyle has made extensive contributions in the fields of budget, property management and program policy.  He served as president of the Board of Directors of the Social Security Child Care Centers and testified before Congress on the need for quality child care.

Kevin has been extensively involved in Howard County for many years.  He is a past president of the Greater Elkridge Community Association and past co-chair of the Route One Revitalization Task Force, which produced a highly recognized zoning, marketing, and business plan for development along the Route One corridor in Howard County.  He served on the workgroup that produced the General Plan for Howard County in 2000.

Doyle was elected to the Howard County Democratic Central Committee on which he served from 2002 to 2006.  He is also a member of the Howard County Board of Appeals and the Board of Trustees of the Howard County Public Library.

Mr. Doyle graduated from Loyola College in 1974.  He lives in Elkridge with his wife, Bonnie, and their sons, Colin and Connor.
