Howard Community College maximizes use of the college facilities by college and community organizations on a priority basis (as defined in procedure 70.01.01 General Guidelines for Use of Facilities (By External Groups and Individuals)) for their legitimate, non-profit making activities.  The use of college facilities by any group does not constitute endorsement of that group’s views by the college or the board of trustees.  The college is authorized to implement procedural guidelines providing for the safety of participants and protection of the physical plant and equipment.
