
All requests for gifts through the sunshine account should be directed to the president’s office by the area vice president. A request form is available on the intranet under the “Forms Library” in the president’s area section. The president’s office will order the gift and arrange delivery, or fill out a check request form for a donation. The sunshine account is monitored by the president’s cost center manager, funded by auxiliary services, and adheres to the college’s purchasing procedures. Policy Manual Review/Revision: 10/14/11 |
