Requests that have been approved by the supervisor and vice president must be submitted to the office of public relations and marketing on a “Publication Request” form, available via the portal, to identify need, audience, distribution method, quantity, and budget.
Publication requests are approved and priorities established by the office of public relations and marketing based on consultation with the requestor and established marketing and enrollment management strategies.
The HCC graphic identity manual, available from the office of public relations and marketing, provides guidelines for the general use and most common applications of the college logo. All requests for copies of or use of the college logo must be approved by the office of public relations and marketing. Requests must include information about where the logo will be used and for what purpose. The office of public relations and marketing will provide, if appropriate, copies of the logo to the requestor, along with any necessary information to ensure strict compliance with the graphic identity manual.
