A.  The president of the college shall delegate authority to a designated “acting president” for absences from the office, ranging from day-to-day to short-term to long-term.

In the absence of the president, the chain of command is as follows:

1. Vice President of Academic Affairs
2. Vice President of Administration and Finance
3. Vice President of Information Technology
4. Vice President of Student Services

B.  A contingency plan that details college management in the absence of the college president is available in the office of the president.
