The president of the college shall delegate authority to a designated “acting president” for day-to-day, short-term, or long-term absences from the office.

In the absence of the president, the chain of command is as follows:

1. vice president of academic affairs
2. vice president of information technology
3. vice president of student services
4. vice president of administration and finance

A contingency plan that details college management in the absence of the college president is available in the office of the president.
