Defined student learning outcomes appropriate to the level of study are an integral part of every educational program at Howard Community College. These outcomes are available to current and prospective students as well as to those planning and implementing assessment and evaluation activities. The method(s) for assessment within an educational program will be useful, planned and sustained, and be made known to the learner. Information from students at the classroom, program, and institution levels will be continuously collected as part of the assessment process.
