Columbia, Maryland — Marama Farm, located just nine miles away from the Howard Community College campus in Clarksville, MD, will be transformed into a festive arena for the 26th annual Howard Community College Columbia Classic Grand Prix, where world-class equestrians — including Olympic veterans — compete on a challenging course of obstacles, jumps, twists and turns. Special attractions include exhibitions, pony rides, boutiques, a pumpkin patch, hay rides, a moon bounce, a musical performance by the band “Misspent Youth” and, new this year, a classic and collector car show!
Grand Prix Raffle: The Grand Prize winner will choose between a 2014 Ford Mustang GT Convertible, Lincoln MKZ Luxury Sedan or a Ford Explorer XLT SUV. Other raffle prizes include Drive & Dine Deal gift certificates to local restaurants, golf packages, tickets to area sporting events, custom jewelry and more! Raffle tickets are $50 each or 3 for $125, and only 1,800 will be sold. Raffle ticket purchasers will also receive a Grand Prix Dining Card offering $10 off purchases of $50 or more at participating area restaurants.
