Howard Community College’s Social Sciences Division, Office of Student Life, and the Howard County Poetry and Literature Society sponsor this book talk and signing with Pulitzer Prize-winning author Jim Yardley. “Brave Dragons…” employs a basketball team in China as a vehicle to discuss intercultural connections and contentions between the United States and China. There will be discussion and light refreshments following the event.
