
September 1, 2010 (COLUMBIA, MD) — Howard Community College (HCC) is hosting a free program on careers in business on Tuesday, September 21, 2010 from 12:30 to 2 p.m. in the college’s Transfer Center, located in room 242 of The Rouse Company Foundation Student Services Hall (RCF). Professionals from financial planning, marketing, entrepreneurship, and accounting will share perspectives about their work, and a representative from the University of Maryland at College Park Smith School of Business will share information about admissions requirements. The program is free and open to the public, and is a great opportunity to talk one-on-one with industry and college experts following their presentations.
