Howard Community College's (HCC) Counseling and Career Services Office will be offering a free job search support group every Friday from September 24 through November 12, 9:30 a.m. to 11: 30 a.m. Meetings will focus on learning and practicing effective job search strategies, including clarifying and marketing your skills, researching employers and industries, networking, writing résumés and cover letters, interviewing, and preparing for HCC's Job Fair to be held on November 5. Led by professional career counselors, the eight interactive sessions are ideally suited for individuals who have determined their career goals and are actively searching for jobs.
