HCC Musical Performances Scheduled for DecemberReleased November 19, 2009
(Columbia, MD) – The Howard Community College (HCC) Music Department invites the public to experience the intimate, acoustically-engineered John G. Monteabaro Recital Hall in the Peter and Elizabeth Horowitz Visual and Performing Arts Center (HVPA) with several performances in December.
Unless otherwise noted, tickets are $15 for general admission, $10 for seniors, and $5 for students, staff and faculty with ID. HCC's Horowitz Center is located on campus at 10901 Little Patuxent Parkway in Columbia, Maryland 21044.

Featuring performances by HCC’s Chamber Orchestra, Cello Ensemble and various instrumental groups.

Spotlight Concerts – Jane Winer, Clarinet
Free admission
Enjoy two evenings of great clarinet music. Music by Stamitz, Mozart and Finzi will be performed at the December 4 concert, and music by Beethoven will be performed at the December 11 concert.
Sunday, December 6 at 4 PM
HCC Singers and Senior Choir Concert
Tickets $5
Featuring holiday music by Banchieri, Handel, Loesser, Stocker, Strommen, and Althouse.
