HCC Sponsors High School and Rouse Scholars Information Sessions for Students and Parents

(Columbia, MD) – Howard Community College (HCC) hosts two High School Information Sessions for prospective college students and their parents on Wednesday, October 14 at 8 a.m. and Thursday, November 19, 2009 at 7 p.m. on the fourth floor of The Rouse Company Foundation Student Services Hall (RCF). 

HCC will also host two James W. Rouse Scholars Information Sessions on Friday, October 16 at 11 a.m. on the fourth floor of RCF Hall and Thursday, November 5, 2009 at 7 p.m. in the Smith Theatre of the Horowitz Visual and Performing Arts Center (HVPA).

High School Information Sessions are designed to help graduating seniors prepare for a successful transition into college.  The sessions will highlight specific HCC programs and services, including Freshman Focus, Rouse Scholars, Silas Craft Collegians, Early Entrance and financial aid.  Participants will also be able to tour the campus.
