(Columbia, MD) – The Board of Trustees of Howard Community College (HCC) will convene for a retreat on June 9, 2008 at Belmont Conference Center.  The meeting begins at 8:00 a.m. with a brief consent agenda followed by the retreat.  The trustees will convene for a closed session immediately following the retreat to consult with counsel to obtain legal advice on a legal matter, and to discuss the appointment, employment, assignment, promotion, discipline, demotion, compensation, removal, resignation, or performance evaluation of appointees, employees, or officials over whom it has jurisdiction.
