Planning, Research and Organizational Development
The Office of Planning, Research, and Organizational Development (PROD) promotes and facilitates a culture of continuous quality improvement and data-informed decision making. PROD supports the college with research design, evaluation, and planning services, and explores new opportunities to bring best practices to the college.
The PROD team manages the key performance indicators of the college (Board Core Ends), monitors achievement of the institutional effectiveness plan, the student learning outcomes plan, the college's strategic plan, and conducts the major student and employee engagement surveys. The team also works on accreditation activities, assists other offices in the development of externally-mandated reports (Institutional Research), and facilitates the institutional review board, as well as short-term and long-range planning, and training for the college.
