The PNC Foundation awarded a grant of $11,000 to HCC's Children’s Learning Center in a ceremony on September 13, 2017. The grant will help fund a playground upgrade at the Children’s Learning Center and enhance HCC’s early childhood education program.

The HCC Theatre Program presents the second annual children’s touring show, “Hyronomous A. Frog: The Frog Prince.” The show will open in HCC’s Smith Theatre, located within the Horowitz Visual and Performing Arts Center, with performances September 9–10.
