      Join us for an informal lunch conversation on the following Wednesdays. Co-sponsored by Counseling and Career Services and Student Life. Lunch is provided.

      The Trump administration's withdrawal of immigration policy, Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents (DAPA) frustrated activists on both sides of the issue.  Needless to say, this action will impact millions of families in the U.S. Where do you stand on this controversial issue? What concerns do you have for the Trump administration's posture on immigration issues? What excites you?

    • Food for Thought: DAPA/DACA Debate Time: 12:00pm - 12:50pm Locations: RCF 400 Details:

      The Trump administration’s withdrawal of immigration policy, Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents (DAPA) frustrated activists on both sides of the issue. This fall, similar frustrations were noted with the recent challenges to Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA).  Needless to say, both actions will impact millions of families in the U.S. Where do you stand on this controversial issue? What concerns do you have for the Trump administration’s posture on immigration concerns?

       

      HCC students are given first priority in attending the program. If space is available, faculty and staff are invited to attend. Faculty and staff planning to attend or bring students, should contact Candace dePass or Joy Stephens at least one week in advance.

      Pilates improves flexibility and builds strength. Pilates puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.  Open to students and staff!
