A Christmas Carol
Adapted by Doris Baizley
DECEMBER 6 - 16, Smith Theatre
Directed by Jenny Male

Baizley's fantastical and whimsical adaptation of A Christmas Carol places a unique theatrical spin on Dickens' timeless classic by telling the story through the eyes of an acting troupe full of clowns, lovers, masked revelers, and acrobats.  This 90-minute show unfolds into a fast-paced, tumbling ferris wheel of magic, music, movement, and light... a fabulous, joyous holiday journey for the entire family!

Dance Company Production

Featuring HCC's stellar student and guest artist dancers, AC’s Dance Company (ACDC) presents their seventh season with fully-realized premiere and award-winning works. Choreographed by HCC's outstanding faculty and visiting professionals, ACDC is well known for featuring celebrated, provocative, inspired new and re-mounted works.

AC's two-night-only cabaret brings together the area’s most outstanding vocalists – belting and crooning their way into your heart!  This musical theatre celebration will feature Broadway's most beloved favorites as well as the extraordinarily unfamiliar, stacked with moving, unforgettable performances delivered by HCC students, alumni, staff and guest artists.

Prelude to a Kiss
A Play by Craig Lucas
MAY 3 - 19, Studio Theatre
Directed by Darius McKeiver

One kiss can change everything!  Lucas’ brilliantly written funny, romantic and haunting fairy tale begins with the first blush of love that is true, then rushes toward exhilarating roller coaster-like twists and turns. This magical play bravely takes on life, identity, family, aging, joy, fear, disease, spirit and... ultimately unconditional love.
