BIO for the Director: GRACE ANASTASIADIS

GRACE ANASTASIADIS (Director) has been Howard Community College's Arts Collective's Associate Artistic and Managing Director for the past two years. Her association with HCC and AC extends beyond... she has been working at HCC in various areas of the theatre and the instructional side for about nine years. Grace also teaches acting as an adjunct faculty member here at HCC. She graduated with an AA in Theatre Performance from HCC and then went on to receive her BA from the University of Maryland in Theatre Performance. Some of her favorite roles on stage include Hero in MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING, the Duenna in CYRANO De BERGERAC and Jenny in COMPANY.  Recent AC projects include props desig for A FUNNY THING HAPPENED ON THE WAY TO THE FORUM, ensemble member in 2010's Dance Company production, HOLDING CHANGE, as well as ensemble member in 2010's musical theatre revue, ON BROADWAY, and now, as director of A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM!
