THEME:
Under consideration, however many dance styles will be included.
THE COMPANY:
AC's Dance Company will consist of approximately 12 dancers, ages 16 and up!
OPEN AUDITIONS:
- All current and past HCC Students are eligible to audition (ages 16 and up).
- Auditioners need not be a Dance Major; however, students must be enrolled in at least one dance class during 2011's semester, to ensure flexibility and stamina.
AUDITION CRITERIA - BASIC INFO:
- Auditions will consist of a few phrases of movement (contemporary/modern).
- FOR BEST CONSIDERATION:
1. Bring a 1 page resume, listing experience/training... and a photo.
2. Arrive dressed in your professional best. No jewelry. Bring all dance shoes.
3. Arrive prepared and ready to WORK! Register, Warm-Up no later than 5:30pm.

ABOUT THE DIRECTOR:
RENEE BROZIC BARGER (Dance Company Director, Choreographer) is HCC's cordinator of dance, and has been performing, teaching and making dances in the Baltimore/DC Metro Area for over fifteen years. She is a founding director of MOVEMENT/ADDICTION, a dance-based multi-media performance company, and is currently the Artistic Director of Mercury Dance. She holds her BA in Visual and Performing Arts from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, her MFA in Dance from George Mason University, and is a Certified Movement Analyst (CMA) through the Laban Institute of Movement Studies. She was the recipient of an Artist Residency at The Silo Project through The Field/NYC, and she was invited to create/perform in both the 2006 and 2007 DC Improvisation Festival. She has been Dance Faculty at the Community College of Baltimore County, Towson University, UMBC, and at Howard Community College where she is currently the Coordinator of Dance and Director of the Student Dance Company.
