Neighborhood Beat  is a 30-minute cable-TV show featuring interviews with local, regional, and state community leaders on a variety of topics - neighborhood living, community development, housing, human rights, accessibility for people with disabilities, and other important issues. Hosted by Dr. Bill Kladky of the Greater Baltimore Community Housing Resource Board, Inc., the interviews are lively, personal and immediately relevant to our viewers.
