GNUDI
How To Make Gnudi (video)

¾ cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 egg
salt and white pepper to taste

SAUCE
Genoa salami
Fresh tomatoes, milled
Fresh tomatoes, diced
Minced garlic
Fine diced onion
Small diced green pepper
Fresh basil
Fresh oregano
Parmesan Reggiano
Black pepper and salt to taste

The sauce does not have measurements as it depends on how much you need. For the best way to prepare this dish, watch Table 2 Table, Fridays at 11:30am, 4:30PM and 7:30pm, and Saturdays at 8:30pm on HCC-TV.
