Table 2 Table is a half-hour program celebrating some of the most popular restaurants in our region. Our latest episode takes us inside Restaurant Weeks, the popular semiannual, two-week foodie extravaganza where restaurants treat new and regular customers to special menu items and special prices. Howard County’s Restaurant Weeks also highlight the connection between the county’s independent restaurants and its local farms and food producers. This episode features interviews with popular chefs, as well as area farmers, suppliers and other industry stakeholders.
After getting a taste of Restaurant Weeks, we’ll head to the kitchen of the Howard Community College Culinary Institute where Chef Dan Wecker of the Elkridge Furnace Inn will show us to create two great summer dishes featuring local ingredients.
Table 2 Table airs on Fridays at 11:30am, 4:30PM and 7:30pm, Saturdays at 7:30pm, and Sundays at 2:30pm.
