Table 2 Table is a half-hour program celebrating some of the most popular restaurants in our region. Our latest episode takes us to The Rumor Mill, a fusion bar and restaurant in Ellicott City. The Rumor Mill is the brainchild of Chef/Owner, Matthew Milani, who serves up a cuisine known as “Global Fusion.” His menu is influenced by tastes and flavors from around the world and you’d be surprised by the combinations you’d find at this small plates restaurant. The Rumor Mill is also known for its unique bar menu, which includes over thirty different flavored vodkas made in house.
After taking us inside The Rumor Mill, Chef Milani will show us how he prepares one of his most popular dishes, a Slow-roasted Pork Belly. We’ll also learn the science behind one of his newest kitchen additions, the Sous Vide.
Table 2 Table airs on Fridays at 11:30am, 4:30PM and 7:30pm, Saturdays at 7:30pm, and Sundays at 2:30pm.
