Welcome to HCC-TV, Howard County's arts and educational access channel located on the campus of Howard Community College in Columbia, Maryland. Our mission is to provide the Howard County audience with a schedule of programs that enriches our viewers' lives through community connections and the world at large. As of late-2007, our facility expanded to include Howard County Government Television (GTV 99 Comcast/44 Verizon). For information on the Howard County Government Channel, click HERE. As a part of the local educational access cable system, HCC-TV produces original shows and acquires a vast array of public interest programming. In association with Howard Community College's Distant Learning department, HCC-TV provides the opportunity for distance learners to earn college credit by watching college telecourses in the comfort of their homes. The college also offers TeleWeb courses which combine pre-produced telecourse materials and online resources. Providing our viewers quality programming is our commitment to Howard County, Maryland.
