Some audiovisual equipment and services are available to groups using college facilities and are limited to on campus usage. These services and equipment include but are not limited to:

Overhead transparency projector ($25.00)
LCD data/video projector with computer ($250.00-$340.00)
Portable lectern with microphone ($120.00)
Portable lectern without microphone ($60.00)
Powered speaker (anchor EON) with microphone and stand ($40.00)
Powered stereo mixer with two speakers with stands, (microphone extra) ($50.00)
Extra microphones ($40.00 each)
VCR / VHS / DVD player with TV monitor (27 inch) on cart ($50.00)
LCD projector and computer (portable or permanent)- no audio ($250.00)
Portable easel, (flip chart holder) paper not included ($15.00)
Equipment Use Terms and Conditions
Minimum usage period is one day, on campus only.
Usage rates are daily rates, for use of equipment only and could include additional fees. Additional fees are typically applied for set up, testing, and breakdown required by a technician on evenings or weekends. These fees average $20 - $30 per hour with a two hour minimum.
Users are responsible for all units in their possession and are liable for payment to Howard Community College at prevailing market prices for equipment lost, damaged, or stolen. All lamps and accessories not returned will be billed.
