The Rouse Company Foundation Gallery is located in the lobby of the Peter and Elizabeth Horowitz Visual and Performing Arts Center. The highly visible, glass-fronted gallery is adjacent to the Smith Theatre lobby.

Mission
This gallery is devoted to bringing quality exhibits to Howard County that reflect the diverse range of visual art in America and beyond. The gallery staff is motivated to educate, inspire, and elevate the HCC Community with interesting, informative, and provocative shows.
