At Howard Community College, we recognize and value our employees’ contributions toward our continued organizational excellence.  Our belief is that all employees have the right and responsibility to take an active role in their professional development.  Therefore, we offer a broad range of workshops available in multiple formats.  In addition, employees are required to complete a set of core competencies according to their employment category.  These short, multimedia presentations are available online.
