College Procedure Number/Title:

The board of trustees, acting upon the recommendation of the president and in accordance with its affirmative action policy and other applicable regulations and laws, retains the right to terminate the employment of employees and/or reduce or otherwise modify its staffing patterns as deemed necessary for continuing efficient and effective operation of the college under changing budgetary and other relevant conditions.
