Under Howard County's self-insured Risk Management Program, and in accordance with Maryland state law and all other applicable laws, all college faculty and other employees are covered against risks involved in the conduct of their job responsibilities. Employees are covered only for activities included in the scope of their employment responsibilities. Employees are not covered for any malicious acts.
