Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance Procedure (63.07.06)College Policy Number/Title:
The college has a group accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance plan with ReliaStar Employee Benefits which provides full-time position control/budgeted faculty and staff members with accidental death and dismemberment insurance. This covers an employee who suffers an injury which results in loss of limb or death. Additional AD&D insurance is also available if supplemental life insurance is elected. Literature describing the full terms of coverage is available in the office of human resources.
