College Policy Number/Title:

Full or part-time employees who resign from the college and return within two years are eligible to be considered for reinstatement.

In addition, if an employee has resigned and is rehired by the college within two years, their vacation accrual rate (but not accrued vacation time) will be restored to the level attained in their prior employment.  Employees who resign and are rehired by the college after two years or more elapsed time will not be eligible to have prior benefits restored.
