College Policy Number/Title:

The office of human resources will maintain a record of all positions that have been budgeted, established, classified, and approved by all appropriate officials including the area vice president, the vice president of administration and finance and the president.  A position control file will maintain documentation and history on each position control/budgeted position.  An updated position control report will be produced and distributed periodically to the president and vice presidents.  Any revisions, deletions, or additions in positions will be initiated during the college’s annual planning cycle using the appropriate position action form available online.
