The office of human resources will maintain a record of all positions which have been budgeted, established, classified and approved by all appropriate officials including the area vice president, the vice president of administration and finance and the president. A Position Control File will maintain documentation and history on each position control/budgeted position. An updated Position Control Report will be produced and distributed periodically to the president and vice presidents. Any revisions, deletions or additions in positions will be initiated during the college’s annual planning cycle using the Position Action Form available in the office of human resources.
