College Policy Number/Title:

Supervisors are responsible for auditing and updating job descriptions for all positions in their areas during the annual planning process.  In addition, the review of job descriptions can also occur at the mid-year and year-end appraisal.  In this review process, input from employees is essential and job descriptions will be validated for completeness and accuracy.  Proposed modifications to job descriptions must be submitted to the area vice president and the office of human resources for evaluation.  All official job descriptions will be on the college's Intranet.
