Faculty, Administrative and Professional/Technical Staff (Exempt)
In order to maintain a process for accurately recording attendance and use of leave, monthly attendance forms are completed by faculty, administrative and professional/technical staff. The forms are approved by the immediate supervisor and submitted to the business office according to an established schedule.
Support Staff (Non-exempt)
To comply with state and federal laws, and to keep accurate records of time worked, support staff employees maintain semi-monthly time sheets documenting hours worked and leave taken. Time sheets are approved by immediate supervisors and submitted to the business office according to established schedules.
